1. Starting The Conversation
Have you ever wondered how to start a conversation with a complete stranger or an important customer? Module 1 is all about starting the conversation and you’ll learn how to do that in 7 different scenarios!
2. Asking Questions
Asking questions and keeping the conversation going is such an important part of effective communication. That’s why I’ve included a Bonus PDF and Mp3 in module 2! (Find out more about this bonus further down the page)
3. How To Change The Subject
In module 3, the focus is on changing the subject in a conversation – for example, what can we say if we want to change from a difficult or even boring topic to a more interesting one? Another really important skill!
4. Showing Interest
And what about showing that you’re interested? How can we do that effectively and really engage with people? That’s what module 4 is all about!
5. Showing Surprise
In module 5, you’ll learn lots of useful phrases to show surprise during a conversation. This is followed by our first review module where you’ll review everything from the first 5 modules.
6. Showing Agreement
Another very important skill. You’ll learn lots of very short, simple but effective phrases to show agreement in different situations.
7. Sympathy & Understanding
Sometimes people share bad news so it’s important to give the right response. This is exactly what I teach you in this module.

This is something that we often need to do in conversations. What can you say if the person you’re talking to says something that confuses you or that you don’t quite understand?
9. Dealing With Difficult Situations
What happens if you mention a topic that the other person doesn’t like to talk about? How do you react? Or what if they mention something you don’t want to talk about – what do you say?
10. Ending The Conversation
So, you’re having a conversation, but you need to be somewhere else – you have to go. This is just one of many reasons for ending a conversation, but how can we do it politely?
